That is the main risk with anything AI, and it is why every build here includes a test set scored before go-live and a fallback that escalates to a human when confidence is low. For anything customer-facing we also recommend the human approval step.

The model usage itself is usually small — often under AED 400 a month for a busy WhatsApp assistant. We estimate it during discovery and you see the number before we build. You can also connect your own AI account and pay the provider directly.

Discovery comes first and produces a written blueprint. If that work shows the process is not a good fit, we say so then — before the build is paid for.
